  • First product hire at seed stage startup, built out data-backed north star with 18 month roadmap complete with problem definitions, market analysis, and wireframes(where applicable)
  • Created a go to market framework that mapped product capabilities and roadmap to customer outcomes leading to new customers representing $1.9 Billion in GMV.
  • Designed and directed launch of a certified SFCC integration cartridge influencing $3.5 Billion GMV in incremental pipeline.
  • Led A.I. adoption program and practice framework impacting 67% of install base (~2400 sites); partnered to create roadmap strategy as the line grew from 0 to a 12 product portfolio

EXPERIENCE

Mamenta — VP of Product

August 2022 – PRESENT

Joined as the first product hire to build an outcome driven, customer aligned product organization. To achieve this I built a 36 month north star and roadmap based on real TAM and unit economics from our financial model containing 2 different growth scenarios(bootstrapped and funded). Developed problem definition and product requirements framework to drive execution. As a result we grew our team from 1 to 2 resources, launched a new version of our application, a new documentation experience, implemented product analytics and in-app guides. Also, assisted in pre-sales engagements, created a solutions GTM motion in partnership with pre-sales and built out CRM tooling to support.

Fast AF, Inc. — Team Lead, Solution Architecture

August 2021 – April 2022

Joined a high growth startup that wanted to push into the enterprise and strategic retail segment. I was tasked with building out a solutions framework and integration strategy to sell and implement our solution in complex enterprise retail architectures. To achieve this I built a repeatable integration assessment, architectures for common 3rd party integrations, and a product feedback measurement tool for roadmap prioritization. As a result we grew our team from 2 to 6 resources, positioned our team as strategic thought leaders across sales engineering and product, were able to launch new customers representing $2 Billion in GMV, and fill the 2022 pipeline with $5 Billion+ GMV.

Salesforce — Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

January 2017 – August 2021

Partner with architects and Field to drive the launch and adoption of a Product Feedback app(reaching $100 million in customers) and build out a scalable knowledge framework to drive customer growth with current product offering. Collaborate with field teams to extend product expertise and collate feedback from practitioners to drive roadmap planning. Shipped Voice of the Customer across functions to over 1000 field resources. Drove language and approach to Commerce Einstein market messaging by producing over 50 assets both public and internal.

Salesforce — Solutions Architect

April 2016 – January 2017

Drove the requirements, development and launch of Einstein Deployment Dashboard enabling clicks integration between Commerce Cloud(Demandware) and Commerce Einstein(CQuotient) now used by 100% of the client base. Presented in over 25 speaking engagements as a thought leader in AI applications for commerce driving the adoption and strategic perspective for field teams and customers. Created/enabled scale messaging to defend and reinforce why certain features got to market and others did not. 

Demandware(a Salesforce company)  — Senior Data Strategist

July 2015 – April 2016

Led the integration of CQuotient(now Commerce Cloud Einstein) into Demandware stack. Working tightly with product, engineering, sales, services, and customer teams to define requirements for go to market of Product Recommendations & Predictive Sort. Defined user stories based on customer problems and aligned to feedback metrics. Product recommendations and predictive sort saw first year(current) adoption of 229(2400+)) & 150(500+) sites respectively. This represents ~60% combined penetration of commerce client base.

Demandware(a Salesforce company) — Functional Solutions Architect

July 2015 – April 2016

Demandware SaaS subject matter expert guiding complete implementations, driving best practice adoption based on industry and platform benchmarking, encouraging adoption of key features so business teams can leverage tool suite and bolster ROI. Professional services to clients providing real and billable value for a personal return of more than 200% annually. Certified Demandware Developer. Trusted advisor to customer executives, development, and product management teams.

EDUCATION

CSU Channel Islands, Camarillo, CA— BS – Business Administration

Activities and Societies: Satellite campus research project, market research to determine the most favorable regional market for a satellite campus. University heeded my recommendation and now operates a satellite campus based on the business plan and market analysis that I provided.
