All stakeholders, current and future, need to benefit from the first 90 days of any new hire. It’s all about the team and how we work effectively.

- The first 30 days are all about learning the company, culture, tech, process and beginning to build relationships.
- Days 30-60 deepen relationships with stakeholders, deepen technical knowledge.
