Day 1

Day one – Start by making a plan of what the first 90 days will look like. It’s a collaborative process.

All stakeholders, current and future, need to benefit from the first 90 days of any new hire. It’s all about the team and how we work effectively.

TL;DR —
  • The first 30 days are all about learning the company, culture, tech, process and beginning to build relationships.
  • Days 30-60 deepen relationships with stakeholders, deepen technical knowledge.
  • Days 60-90 prepare for action, document learnings and share.
